The trim plate was missing from my box. I emailed BOSS customer service, and they sent one out the next day.
Overall, very impressed with the quality. The package is a great deal for the money.
Speakers were just so-so, and the holes for mounting the speakers did not line up properly. I had to drill my own. Other than that, this has been a good experience.

arrived promptly and in good condition. Works quite well and the speakers have decent sound. I needed this for my truck while driving and not some hundreds dollar state of the art affair like for my Rolls (if I had one). Easy installation and easy to follow instructions. Like to see someone offer the same with the old fashion, two knob radio style. That would be great for us hot rodders from yesterday.

I like it (don’t really love it). It does do the job for a very reasonable price. It is much better compare with the original one. What else can you ask for at this price? usb, aux, and bluetooth (the most imporat for me). The bottons feels cheap and you can’t dim the brightness, but is ok. So far so good, let’s see how much it last
