   I have this installed on my 1999 Acura Integra, mainly for how it looks. I chose the 240mm so I could still have use of both sun visors. The reflection image on the Type-A is a little brighter when compared to the stock mirror. I compared it while in my garage. It’s not THAT much of a difference as shown on the advertisements, but it is noticeable.

   Since it is the flat version and close to stock size, the field of vision doesn’t seem like it increased that much. I did try the concave version, but I didn’t like the distorted view and how everything looked smaller. If you want to keep the flat look, but increase the field of view, you could try the longer sizes, but you will lose use of at least one of your sun visors.

   Another thing to mention for cars with that anti-glare lever on the mirror (that lever you push that tilts your mirror down so the headlights behind you don’t blind you) – well you will lose that function. You can hit the lever, but then you’ll just be looking at the bottom of your car.
