I was looking for a way to detach keys easily when needed and still keep them together the rest ot the time. This key ring does the job. The little red light is, in my opinion, just a gadget. I don’t see any real use for it so far.

The function of this key chain works better than the original that I am replacing it with. The battery for the LED was not working and corroded when I received this, but I replaced the battery and it works fine. I care more about the key chain anyway than the LED. So far after a few months I haven’t had any issues.
