   I received my mirror in the mail in just a few days. It was described as «used like new». It was still in the box with all original packaging. It had never been installed. The mirror itself is wonderful. It took me 30 min to install it (just 3 wires) and took 10 min to activate it.

   I purchased a used mirror in “Like New” condition! Mirror came in original packaging and with all the booklets! I took it to a local shop in Covina called Whistle Stop and they installed it in an hour and for $60. The total for the entire thing came out to be $85!!! Better than any deal on FMV website! I love the fact that when I get in the car I can push the OnStar button a get a traffic and weather report for my area! But the real reason I got this for my car is because I have a 2 year old and a 1 year old in the back seat and trust me if I were to be in an accident, a major accident I would not be looking around my car for a cell phone to call 911, I would be running out of the car to see if my boys are ok and I would be ripping them out of their car seats! So it is nice to know that OnStar can dial 911 for me while I tend to my kids!
