I purchased these as I had fogged up headlights on my 98 GT to the point where they no longer essentially even worked. I was slightly confused reading a few of the other reviews based upon the price, so I thought I would write my own.

First off, here is a Youtube video outlining how to do the change:
Just do a Youtube search for «grand prix headlights» and it’s the 1st thing that pops up

I ordered mine from TKO auto parts and they came from AZ to OH quite fast. I received them in 2 business days so I was quite happy for the speedy delivery. The first thing you notice is they are manufactured my VAIP. Opening the box this is what you will find:

-A left and right HEADLIGHT lamp -AND- SIGNAL MARKER lamp(just as pictured)
-New gaskets for the turn signal bulb and parking light bulb
-2 brand new headlight bulbs already in the headlamp assembly(no new signal or parking bulbs…use existing or purchase new)
-The ENTIRE assembly that mounts the 2 lights together…basically when you take the bolts out holding the ENTIRE headlamp assembly together when you pull it out…that’s exactly what you get. Headlamp, signal marker lamp, and mounting bracket that holds both.

I took them out and the rest was pretty straight forward. Just pay attention to how things were setup before hand and you should have no issue. Sometimes it takes a little force to the put the lights back in place in order to put the bolts back in, but that’s just the way it is. I haven’t had an extended experience with the lights yet, but I did change one side and left the other side with one of the old fogged up lights….it was a night and day(pun intended) difference. You couldn’t even tell the fogged up one was operating. I greatly appreciate this fantastic deal and the results I have gotten from them….recommend them without a second of hesitation. Another nice aspect is it makes your car looks A LOT newer. Grand Prix headlights have had a history of horrific oxidation issues, and this was a breath of fresh air and it is much safer to drive now with it being back to «off the floor» lighting. I might switch over to HID bulbs for the headlamps down the road to light it up more. Outside of that…super pleased.

These are great oem replacements. The brackets are OEM quality, so no headlight bounce like with cheap ebay housings. They even include the bulbs in case you need a backup. Would recommend to everyone with hazy lights.

Worth Every Penny! Pleased as Punch! Will buy again for sure!, April 25, 2013

I nearly passed on buying these lenses due to some of the negative feedback posted. I took a chance and ordered a set for my son’s 2001 GTP. I’m so glad common sense prevailed. Opinions are like belly buttons, Everyone has one! The sad thing is people will bash anything they are too ignorant to understand or do not have the skills to deal with. They can leave a bad review without ever having to take responsibility for it.
Take it from a person with more than 30 years of auto restoration experience, these replacements are an exact match! Bolt for bolt, hole for hole, measurement for measurement. So, they may be a chinese knockoff… What isn’t anymore? Get over it! The point is, the fit and finish is an exceptional value for the price. Hell, they even come with (9007) headlamps already installed. What else could you possibly whine about for the price?
Some folks wrote how they had to trim some plastic tabs to make them fit… If so, either their car had been wrecked or they had little to no idea what they were doing. The tabs serve a specific and required purpose. No trimming of anything is required! Some people wrote how there new lenses are getting water in them. Yes, it’s possible that they were not sealed correctly but more than likely they didn’t bother to use the new rubber seals that came with the replacement lenses. The old rubber seals compress. They get hard and they crack. Use the new seals provided with the kit! They don’t include new seals for you to just throw them away.
One thing to remember when reading reviews, most DIY’ers seem to think they hold skills beyond imagine and are an authority on everything, when the majority of them couldn’t find their own arse with both hands and a map!
    (2) #10 bolts, (2) plastic retention tabs and (3) bulb sockets are all it takes to remove and replace each of these lenses. And no, they are not factory set for the proper alignment for any particular car. None of them will be. You’ll need to adjust the beam alignment for your particular car.
If you find the task of replacing them is beyond your skill set, or is a little trickier than you expected, don’t be so damn cheap! Go to a body shop and get someone who actually knows what they are doing to install them for you.
When you decide to write any review, write from intelligence and fact, not your DIY opinion. You just can’t teach ignorance!
