   Wish it came with the interior lock latch. Had to have the autobody place order one. They installed this easily and it seems to perform pretty well, though it feels a little lightweight for the door. Not quite sure if it’s the plastic quality or mechanism. Hopefully it’ll last. 8 children opening and closing several times a day will be the test of that.

   Item worked perfect for my 2005 Chevy Express 2500 side sliding door.
   I ripped the old one off when on a hill rendering it useless.
   I had to remove the inner panel to access the bolts and locking mechanism.
   Once I had access, install was a breeze, handle works perfect with no issues.
