   The fitment was a little off (like half a millimeter) but, it works great. Side note, I hate RAV4’s with a passion! This was soo much harder to install than my Ranger’s door handle and that one had rivets!!

   So, please just let that little Rav just fade away. Let it rust into oblivion or if you feel like I do, please, please! CRUSH IT!!

   A bit of a pain to install, the rubber/plastic outer lining wouldn’t stay on the outer rim of the handle and would either get stuck inside the door or outside, door handle sticks slightly when opening. Not too big of a deal, ideally should have taken less than 10 minutes to replace, spent over an hour dealing with the old handle and this handle’s mentioned problems. A good fit, and looks like the OEM, I would buy this again for another car.

   Advice: Have a helper with you, it’s difficult to replace it alone.

   I needed to replace my driver’s side door handle ASAP as I was headed out of town. I got the part, it took a few minutes of orientation to get the door disassembled and then this part in. While it fits it does not fit as snugly as the original did. The lock did not fit squarely as in the original. But it solved the broken handle issue.
