Have been happy with Walker products in the past but this was an exception. Walkers specs on fitting this muffler and the recommended Resonator were incorrect with one of the «required» bushings not being available and worse yet, Walker Tech Support could not even describe what the part was as it was discontinued and wiped from their system. Do not purchase this for a 1999 Town and Country or similar vehicles without proper planning related to connecting the output to the input of the recommended resonator assy.

Muffler and the matching walker tail pipe (55593) went 3 road salt filled Maine winters and 20000 miles before they both rusted out. It’s exactly what I expected for this price range. I just didn’t expect to keep my 1999 Grand Cherokee that long but it became my winter ride. If your not going to keep your ride more than 2 years this works fine, cheap, quiet, and easy to install. If you plan on a long term relationship, pony up for a stainless steel muffler.

Bought this muffler is February of 2016, it is now February of 2017 (muffler has only been installed 10 months) and for the past 2 months the product has a terrible rattle coming from inside. On acceleration and even idling the muffler rattles very loudly. Very disappointed in this product with no warranty or return for defects.
